Sturdy, austere, elegant wine and very structured, red color steal cargo, just tannic, from intense bouquet.
Alcoholic degree 14.00% Vol.
Gastronomic coupling and temperature of service:
Particularly adapted for typical plates of the Mediterranean kitchen, prefers the roast ones, the piccanti game, insaccati and cheeses or to hard paste. To serve after approximately an hour of oxygenation in décanter to the temperature of 18°C.
